Delicious High Protein Apple Almond Granola

Almond Granola
Very low glycemic


Turn on oven to 350
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp xylitol or 1/4 cup of honey
1/2 tsp natural vanilla
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 package YEVO Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal mix (43 essential nutrients, 26g of Protein per serving!!)
1 cup almonds, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
1 cup naturally organic raisins
Gently heat coconut oil, honey, xylitol, and vanilla in saucepan.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt, mix and remove from heat.
Place all dry ingredients in bowl, add warmed mixture wet ingredients.
Mix in bowl thoroughly, and spread on sheet pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown
let cool, then scrape off pan into container.
Serve with coconut yogurt, with fruit, or as a snack anytime
